Kanger’s latest release, the Cupti All-In-One Mod has hit the shelves.  Expanding and improving on the concept created for the Nebox, Kanger has looked at the aspects that held its predecessor back and improved upon them.  If you’re in the market for a low profile 75 watt device that is super light and simple to use,  the Cupti could be the break you’ve been waiting for.

Over the course of the next few minutes, we’ll take a look at the product, delve into the specifications, and the improvements Kanger has made on their Nebox design.  If, by the end of this article, you are as excited by the Cupti as I am right now, I’ll even let you know where I am buying mine from.

A Massive Improvement on The Nebox

Kangertech-CUPTI-75-Watt-All-in-One-side-viewKangertech-CUPTI-75-Watt-All-in-One-side-viewWhen the Nebox was first released, many vapers (my wife included) loved the idea of having a tank built-in to the mod.  In fact, Blake Brown (owner of GuideToVaping) was all about the mod, both him and his wife using them.  It made it low profile, small, and sleek.  It had the added bonus that if dropped, there was no way to accidentally knock the tank off the top and strip the 510 threads (wife reference again, she is kind of a ditz with mods), and the small size made it perfect for slipping into a pocket.

The concept was solid, but people quickly realized that they had a problem with leaking, the achilles heel of many bottom airflow devices.  Since its inception however, many manufacturers have switched over to top airflow technology.  Mainly due to the European Tobacco Products Directive, but Kanger is right there with them.  Switching the airflow and coil assembly is not the only advances in this mod, but even with just those 2 improvements, the Cupti is light years ahead of its predecessor.

What Does The Cupti Offer?

Measuring in at 82mm x 50mm x 22.5mm and weighing only 158 grams (out of the box), the Cupti lives up to the idea of being a stealth vape.  Running on a single high drain 18650 battery (sold separately), this device is capable of pushing out 75 watts of pure vaping power.

Kangertech-CUPTI-75-Watt-All-in-One-open-topKangertech-CUPTI-75-Watt-All-in-One-open-topUnlike its predecessor, with the adjustment switches and super bright OLED screen situated on the top of the mod, Kanger is making sure that the only way to move your settings is a deliberate action.  The tactile fire button is high on the side and easy to use, but only when intended.

The tank section of this device has been rethought and redesigned from the base up.  With everything in the Nebox that could cause leakage was removed, if everything is installed correctly, it has no potential for losing juice.  The removable glass is now Pyrex instead of plastic, making it more durable and the 5ml tank has ample room for e-liquid to keep you occupied while the fill mark on the side will make sure you never over fill.

The top fill, top airflow design means that everything, including the coils are installed from above.  The temperature control issues that were prevalent in the Nebox (according to Kanger) were ironed out and the 2 coils that are shipped from the factory are both designed to work with these settings.  One in Ni200 and the other in stainless Steel, intended to show the opposing ends of the Cupti’s spectrum; one is 1.5Ω for mouth-to-lung hits, while the other comes in at 0.5Ω for direct-lung-hits.  Adjustable airflow in the cap makes this a device that is a must have for any vaper looking at a 75 watt TC device.
