We have a QC team that is responsible for testing the products you order to ensure they are up and running before being packaged and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance inspection, all goods have passed the factory production line.
 
Mintake.com's standard return policy applies only to products you purchase directly from Mintake.com. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. The policy of compensation priority applies to all issues.
 
Sweet reminder: Any underwear items, disposable items and customs clearance items used do not meet the return or exchange conditions (excluding quality related issues).
 
 
About the handling of quality problems
 
 
*90 days from the date of first shipment of the original item
 
If the product you purchased from Mintake.com finds defects within 90 days of the first shipment date of the original product (physical damage and damage due to incorrect use), you can return them for replacement or a full refund. .
Return shipping reimbursement is 30% of the item price and should be less than 40 Euro. The maximum amount of return shipping reimbursement is 40 Euros.
If a transfer is required, Mintake will be responsible for reloading the freight.
Remember to choose a cheap shipping method and an available tracking number to return the product if possible; if shipping with an available tracking number is expensive, you can ship it back to Mintake using a non-tracking number shipping method. Be sure to keep all shipping receipts before the problem is resolved.

If the product is found defective within 90 days and within 180 days of the first shipment date of the original product (physical damage and damage due to incorrect use), the customer can mail the product to us and only replace the defective product.
EU customers can request a return label from the Customer Service Center. Other customers may receive a return shipping reimbursement. Remember to choose a cheap shipping method and available tracking numbers to return the product as much as possible; if the shipping method with the available tracking number is expensive, you can ship it back to Mintake using a non-tracking number shipping method. *After 180 days from the date of first shipment of the original item
 
If the item fails 180 days after the first shipment date of the original item, the customer can still send the unit back to us. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. The customer shall bear the shipping costs and any costs incurred during the repair process in two ways. If the product cannot be repaired after inspection by the manufacturer, Mintake will send it back to the customer.
The customer does not bear any handling fees, only shipping and maintenance costs (some accessories should be replaced during maintenance). Based on long-term relationships with manufacturers, we will require lower maintenance costs for our customers.
 
Unauthorized return
Items returned by the post office (possibly with a change of address, incorrect address, no one at home or other reasons) without the authorization of Mintake can only return 80% of the total order. If you still need these items, you can place a new order. If the item is shipped by Express, 100% of the item price will be refunded.
Customers should contact Mintake Customer Service within 90 days of the shipment date to resolve the issue.
 
Missing items (items have completely or partially missed the order)
Once we check, Mintake will ship the missing items to the customer.
If the item is just out of stock, a full refund of the item price will be issued.

Sweet reminder: If a "lost item" problem occurs, please remember to keep the package because Mintake may need it to solve your problem. Due to the customer's responsibility, any confirmation that cannot be successfully completed, Mintake will refuse to resolve such issues.
 
Shipped but not shipped
If the shipping status is not updated and the goods have not been received within 45 days from the date of shipment (20 days from the EU warehouse to the EU or Canada) (except Russia), Mintake will re-ship the item to you.
In case of force majeure, Mintake will take special measures to solve this problem.
These include: floods, fires, earthquakes and other natural phenomena, strikes, actions or actions by government agencies.
 
DOA (damaged upon arrival or damaged on arrival) product
If the delivery date is not traceable, you can return the damaged item (physical damage or scratch) or the arrival of the item within 7 days of delivery or within 60 days of delivery. Ensure that the time of after-sales service is calculated from the first shipment date of the original item at the time of reshipment.

Photo or video of damaged items
DOA products should meet the following criteria:
* Accessories (including retail boxes, manuals, cables and all other items originally included in the package) are intact.

If the wrong item you received is different from the item you ordered, you can send it back to Mintake. If you do not want to keep the wrong item, customers in the EU can request a return label from the Customer Service Center. Other customers may receive a return shipping reimbursement.

If you like the wrong item, you can keep it and Mintake will offer you a 30% discount on the price listed. Once we receive your payment, Mintake will send your original item in your order.
 
Dissatisfied project
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from Mintake, you can return or return the goods within 7 days after receiving the goods. If the delivery is not traceable, you can return it within 60 days after the return, and you should pay the return fee. Please ensure that the product you return is in the original packaging (all accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables and all other items originally included in the product are intact) and the goods are in the same state and will not affect our secondary sales.
