What are the rates for the shipping service?

Mintake will calculate the freight by matching corresponding shipping methods according to the products inventory of your order. The details are: have a comprehensive caculation according to the country, postal code, product weight in your shipping address.

 

Freight Return:

1. If we try to change the Shipping Method since the Shipping Method you chosen is not available, our customer service staff will contact you     in advance.

2. We will return the related cost to you.

3. If we deliver by a more expensive Shipping Method, don't worry, the charges should be for the account of Mintake.

 

When to ship after placing an order?

All orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing prior to shipping, 80% will be done within 72 hours. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
